Through our partnership with Chasing Arrows, we take your old textiles and ensure they are properly diverted from landfills. We accept everything from denim and swimwear to kids' clothes and sneakers, even if they are stained or torn.

Free recycling options exist, but they usually ask something of you first — a drive to a drop-off bin, sorting by fiber, a multi-week mail-in process. This is different: pack a box, ship it, done. And unlike the free programs, you get store credit back for it.

How the Circular Deposit Works

Big brands treat recycling like a moving target. They change coupon values and add hidden minimum spend rules. We don't do that.

This is a straightforward, dollar-for-dollar deposit. The upfront cost covers your prepaid shipping label and processing. The moment your mailer is received, the exact amount you paid comes right back to you as store credit — $25 for a single category. It never expires, and there are no moving goalposts.

Spend $150 or more in one order, and skip the sorting entirely: a Mixed box unlocks automatically, free, so you can send a true variety in one mailer.

How to do it

1. Choose your option: Select a single category from the menu above — $25 deposit, refunded in full as store credit once your box is received. To keep our processing sustainable, single-stream boxes must only contain items from that specific category. Spend $150+ in an order and Mixed unlocks on its own — no separate purchase needed.
2. Pack your own box: Grab a standard, compact box or mailer you already have at home. Shoe boxes, small grocery boxes, or standard delivery mailers work perfectly. To keep shipping efficient, please ensure your box stays under 12" x 12" x 12" and 15 lbs.
3. Ship it & get your credit: We'll email you a prepaid shipping label. If you don't have a printer, no problem — we can send a digital QR code instead. Just let the post office scan your phone, and they'll print the label for you on the spot. Once your paid box is received, we'll email your deposit back as store credit to use on your next purchase or pass along to a friend. (Mixed boxes unlocked through the $150+ reward are already free, so there's no deposit to return.)
